Welcome to Veloventoux. French Cycling Holidays in Provence and The Alps.

We are located in the beautiful village of Faucon, just 20 minutes ride time from the foot of Mont Ventoux and in a great location for the 100's of kilometres of quiet roads right on our doorstep.

The emphasis at Veloventoux is on flexibility and there is great cycling here to suit all abilities. Whether you are an ardent cyclists seeking the obvious challenge of one of The Tour de Frances legendary mountains or whether you are happy to just potter from village to village.

Cyclosportives - The cyclosportive season kicks off in April with the Epervier near St. Tropez and The Cezanne St Victoire near Aix en Provence then The Routes des Helviens in The Ardeche.
We now have 3 exciting cyclosportives which ascend Mont Ventoux.
The big one, La Ventoux Beaumes de Venise is the first weekend in June.
La Vauclusienne is at the end of June and finally Les Routes du Ventoux rounding the sportive season off in September.
In July we will be running our 6th trip to La Marmotte at Alpe d'Huez. Arguably the most famous and the hardest of the Alpine cyclosportives.

Custom made Tours - We also organise bespoke tours from The Ventoux to Alpe d'Huez and also to other mythical Alpine cols such as The Galibier and the Col d'Izoard and of course we always get to see Le Tour.


Dual Centre Holidays – We work in close relationship with Gastrobiking in The Vercors and with Pyractive in the Pyrenees.
Our dual or even triple centre holidays can include Mont Ventoux, Alpe d’Huez and The Col du Tourmalet.

Races - Our 2009 Programme will include Le Tour de France, Paris-Nice and The Dauphiné Libéré.

Travel - This year we have been covered by even more lo-cost flights. Ryanair now fly from Glasgow to Marseille, Flybe fly from Southampton to Avignon and Easyjet from Liverpool to Marseilles. Jet2 are flying from Leeds Bradford to Avignon between May and October. Click here for more details
