The Ventoux "Mini Tour"
This is a 1 week tour doing a circuit of Mt Ventoux staying in three
of the nicest villages in the area.
The cost is £475.00 per person based on two sharing.
Included in the price is 7 nights bed, breakfast and evening meal
in three different hotels, all your transfers from the airport and
luggage transfers between hotels.
Dauphiné Libéré
The cost for this years Dauphiné week is £345
per person on bed and breakfast basis based on 2 sharing. The price
includes our organised picnics & barbeques. Also included is
all the organised cycling for the rest of the week and hopefully
(like in 2004) photo opportunities at the Discovery Channel team
hotel and the T-Mobile team hotel.
Gites/Self catering
Gites can accommodate from 2 to 12 people and have varying levels
of comfort. A week's holiday in a typical Gite sleeping 4 people
with “Gites De France” classification will cost from
£250 per person.
Please note that gite and self catering holidays only run from Saturday
to Saturday.

Singles
There will be a supplement payable
of £20 per night for single people. However, if you wish, it is sometimes possible
for us to pair you up with someone of the same sex. Please give
us a call to discuss prices of single supplements and if a sharing
option is available.

We will then send you are Booking form for you to complete and reserve
your place for 5 days until we receive your deposit.
Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you an e-mail confirming
your dates and accommodation and your remaining balance.
Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel your holiday you must inform us as soon as
possible in writing.
The following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 8 weeks - Deposit only
Between 5 & 8 weeks - 50% of total cost.
Between 2 & 5 weeks - 75% of total cost
Between 1 day & 2 weeks 90% of total cost
On or after departure - 100%
Bike Hire
Our fleet of roadbikes are available at the following prices.
7 day holiday - £50
10 day holiday - £70
Short break - £10 per day.
Transfers
We can transfer you and your bike from your
airport/station to your accommodation and we can arrange
pick-ups from Nimes airport, Marseille airport, Lyon airport and
Avignon TGV station. Prices start from £40 per person return
Pick-ups from other destinations might be possible by prior agreement.
